It’s a no, for now, to the NBA from Duke coach Mike Krzyzewski.
Krzyzewski told espn.com Monday morning before the Duke-Butler NCAA championship game that “I wouldn’t have any interest in the job. You would be flattered if someone would offer you a job, but I would not be interested.”
The Blue Devils nation can breathe a collective sigh. Although, it appears they were never in much danger of losing Krzyzewski in the first place.
He previously turned down an offer to coach Kobe Bryant and the Lakers in 2004. It appears the college life suits him.
